Can I create watchlists?

Yes.
Click on the eye icon next to a stock name, or on the top left when you load a popup for a stock. Once you click on this icon, you will get a small popup window that lets you add this stock to an existing watchlist, or immediately create a new watchlist and add this stock to it.
